What I’m Reading

Books I’m Reading Just for Fun (and a Little Escape)

When I’m not working, writing, or chasing down to-do lists, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book—and my reading tastes are nothing if not eclectic. I have a soft spot for historical fiction that sweeps me into another era, non-fiction that expands my mind, classic literature that still resonates today, and the occasional sci-fi adventure or murder mystery to keep things interesting. I love books that surprise me, challenge me, and transport me—sometimes all in the same chapter.

Oh, and full disclosure… I’m also in a smutty book club. Shhh—it’s a badly kept secret, but one that brings a lot of laughs, gasps, and late-night page-turning. Some of the books I read definitely aren’t for every audience, and that’s perfectly okay. Whether it’s thought-provoking or delightfully indulgent, reading for fun is all about following curiosity, feeding the soul, and enjoying every twist along the way.
